Fort Worth does not ticket cars, that park in handicapped parking spots, here is a good example this truck did not have a handicapped tag or placard, I guess because it has Citizens on Patrol stickers all over it they think they can park anywhere, the person driving it was about 20 years old and did not appear to have any problem getting around, but that does not matter since no handicapped tag or placard.
